The Game of Finding a Job!

The game of finding a job can be a frustrating and enervating process.

The “Idea” of something is usually greater than the reality of what companies settle for.  Let me explain:

1. Job description: fantasy designed to enhance perception of hiring company among public, stock holders, employees and employee wannabees.

2. Even if they found people with the qualities they were advertising for they would not be able to pay enough for them.

Most of the jobs posted are not looking for brain surgeons.   But they are in desparate need of heart surgeons.
